Warranty Support
All our instruments have a 12 month warranty, which starts from the day of installation.
Consumable and wear parts are excluded from the warranty coverage. If replacement of such part is needed, you will receive quotation including labour and travel costs if applicable.
Maintenance
As any other instrument, our instruments need to be occasionally serviced to ensure reliable and long-time performance. You can choose different plans for check up, contact us for more information and pricing.
