Cooperation with Genes'Ink

The first positive result of working together on the currently ongoing BASMATI project of the European commission* can be seen.

A very good dispensability of the highly conductive “Lab’Ink Jet Silver DEV 20” of Genes’Ink in combination with the Microdrop Dispenser head MD-K-130, even with inner nozzle diameter of 50µm, is given.

The non-contact dispensing of microdrop dispenser heads will lead to line width of 50-100 µm, the dispenser head can be used on all system of microdrop Technologies. By working on the Autodrop positioning systems, the own developed software provides the option of using different predefined patterns or dots. In addition, the user can create his own patterns or import dxf-files.

Furthermore “Lab’Ink Jet Silver DEV 20” big advantage is having a low curing temperature and is applicable to all substrates used in printed electronics industry: plastics (Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), Polyethylene naphthalate (PEN)), Kapton ® and other polymers, and various flexible substrates.

For more information or conrete applications please do not hesitate to contact us, we are also pleased to arrange the direct contact to Genes’Ink.
